The Les Roches Experience: The Future of Hospitality & Gastronomy in Marbella

Join the Costa Press Club for a special evening at one of the most prestigious hospitality schools in the world. Doors open at 6pm for welcome beverages, giving members and guests time to mix and mingle before the evening’s programme begins.

At 6:30pm, we’ll embark on a guided tour of the Les Roches facilities, followed by a presentation on hospitality’s growing role in Marbella’s tourism economy. With the Costa del Sol firmly established as one of Europe’s premier luxury destinations, the evening will explore how world-class hospitality education feeds directly into the region’s continued success — and what the future holds for gastronomy and hotel management on the coast.

At 7:30pm, we sit down to a three-course dinner prepared and served entirely by Les Roches students. The menu features shared starters of croquettes, pastela and Russian salad, followed by a choice of mains: braised pork cheeks, roasted corvina, or wild mushroom risotto. Dessert will be announced on the evening.

Practical information: Registration closes at noon on 30 April 2026. Les Roches is home to approximately 1,000 students representing more than 100 nationalities, making it a truly international environment. Free parking is available opposite Aloha College. This promises to be one of the most distinctive venues the club has visited — don’t miss it.
