The Costa Press Club meets on average every two months at different venues on the western Costa del Sol, usually with a dinner and sometimes with guest speakers or special events. Guests and potential new members are welcome (contact any committee member). If you have an idea for a venue or guest speaker, please let us know. Details of the next scheduled meeting are outlined below.
Christmas Party
This year’s Christmas Party will be on Tuesday, 10th December at El Olivo restaurant in La Cala de Mijas. Please join us to celebrate the festive season in traditional style. Guests welcome.
When – Tuesday, 10 December for 7.30pm (dinner at 8pm)

HOW TO GET TO EL OLIVO
Calle Butiplaya, 5, 29649 La Cala de Mijas

Coming from Calahonda direction, it is one street behind the A-7 BP service station (the one close to the speed camera). Turn off A-7 at the service station and turn at Venta Butibamba towards the beach, then first right onto Paseo Costa del Sol and first left onto Calle Butiplaya
Coming from Fuengirola direction: Leave tha A-7 at La Cala and head past the Mijas council office towards the sea off the central roundabout with the flagpole. After passing the council office on your right going down towards the sea, take the first right into Calle Cártama. Follow this for 450 metres until you pass the post office on the left (opposite the park) and continue straight on for 300 metres until Calle Butiplaya appears on the left.
Plenty of on-street parking this time of year.
